Resize Images with Imgares

Imagres

In the past I have discussed several Image Resize tools like FastStone Photo Resizer and High Quality Image Resizer. One more tool that can be added to that list is Imagres. It is a freeware using which you can resize several images with a few clicks. Just drag and drop your photos in the application, select the new size, and click “Start”.

Not only can you resize your photos, you can also rotate them and add a text to them. You can also create a slideshow from your photos and add some effects to it like Zoom in/Zoom out, light, rotating etc. The images are resized fast enough and the quality is good.

Even though my favorite is High Quality photo Resizer, this is still a nice tool which can be used. The slide show creation feature is very nice.

The only tool that I use for image resizing is IrfanView.I never felt the need for a dedicated image resizing tool.
