Digital Clip Factory is a free program using which you can easily make video slideshows from your Pictures collection. The slideshow can be enhanced with music, transitions and motion effects. It can then be exported as Windows Media file for burning it on DVD or publishing it on the web.

The program is very easy to use. You just have to drag and drop the selected pictures on the timeline, add some audio, “Ken Burns” motion effect and you will be ready. The Pan and zoom effects can be adjusted according to your taste. The program offers very limited choice when it comes to transition and effects. So this is pretty good for people who just need a simple slide show but for people who are looking for some advanced effects, Windows Movie Maker is a better choice.

The program is a freeware and can run on Windows XP /Vista.
