I have talked about several tools to resize images here on this blog. VSO Image Resizer is another free application that can be used to resize your images and even manage them effectively. If you have a big collection of digital images on your computer, you can use VSO Image Resizer to resize, compress, convert, import, export them.

You can resize images quickly for WebPages or for sending them as email. It even supports Batch processing to resize several images at once. You can also convert between different file formats if you want. It supports BMP, JPG, PNG, GIF and TIFF format. You can also use it to rename your images. It even integrates with the Windows Explorer so you can quickly work on the images with just a right click.

It is a freeware and works with Windows XP, 2000 and Vista.
