Slife is a free program using which you can track your application usage on computer, set goals and increase productivity. It was a Mac only application but a few days back, the PC version was released.

The application runs in the background and keep tracks of all your activity. You can group your applications under Activity Groups. Make groups like Blogging, Coding, Gaming to check for which Activity are you devoting the most time. You can also set goals for certain activities. When you reach it, you will be notified. It even keeps track of all the documents, web pages that you have opened. It respects your privacy and you can disable tracking of certain applications. The application provides 6 visual interfaces to view the data by day or by month.


A great way for people to know where there time is being spent on Computer. It is available for Windows as well as Mac.
