Asus Unveil P835 PDA Phone with Touch Screen

Asus has unveiled there P835 PDA  phone which offers enhanced mobile web surfing and multimedia content. The phone has been designed to cater to the requirements of the business users and comes with some powerful features that offers entertainment while remaining connected.

The PDA phone has 3.5 inch TFT touch screen having 65k colors and a resolution of 800 X 480 pixels. The phone runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 OS and is powered by Qualcomm  7201A 528 MHz processor and 288 MB SDRAM. The phone comes with a 5MP camera autofocus camera that also supports video recording in MPEG and other formats. The phone also boasts of a HSUPA 7.2Mbps download speed and the responsive trackball provides an interactive web experience. The phone allows users to switch between 12-key, half-Qwerty and full-Qwerty virtual keyboard modes.


The phone supports many business application like Word, Excel, Powerpoint viewer, Adobe Reader, Push Email Exchange Server etc. Other features include GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi, USB along with Opera Web browser. The phone offers 6 hours of talk time with 3G and 7 hours with 2G. It has an internal memory of 4GB with support for microSD cards.

The phone has all the features which makes it ideal for entertainment and business purpose. No details about the pricing and availability is yet known but it will sure be expensive.
