5 May 2009 3 Comments

GiftedMotion is a small and easy to use free GIF Animator. You can easily design a slideshow from your favorite pictures that you can use on your website or in any forum as an avatar. You don’t need to be a graphics expert to design a GIF animation, simply use this tool and you will be creating simple GIF animations in no time.

This little utility requires no installation and can be run directly. The interface of the program is very simple. Just select the images that you want to appear in your animation in what order. It supports PNG, JPEG, BMP and GIF formats. You can adjust the position of the images and you can also change the time between the frames. The transparency colour, dithering quality and whether the animation should be repeated can also be modified. You can preview the animation or you can also modify an existing GIF animated file.

The program is written in Java and can work on Windows, Linux as well as Mac. It need no installation and you have to directly run the jar file.
