Remove Norton Products from Your Computer with Norton Removal Tool

29 May 2009 3 Comments

If you have installed any Norton products on your Computer, then sometimes it does not uninstall properly when you try to remove it from the Add Remove Menu. Norton Removal Tool can be used to uninstall all the Norton Products from the Computer.

The Norton Removal Tool can be used to uninstall Norton 2009/2008/2007/2006/2005/2004/2003 products, Norton 360 and Norton SystemWorks 12.0 from the Computer. The program should only be used if removing the Norton product using Windows Add/Remove program did not work. Also save the product key of the Norton product before using this too.

It works on Windows 2000/XP/Vista.

This is a must, especially when installing other anti-virus software that is sensitive to pre-existing software, like Kaspersky. Otherwise, the new software will have to fight it out of your system, and you still may not get all the traces out.
