Does anyone have a similar problem(During the download,my speed is changing drasticaly and i have to waint much longer than usual download without this manager)???

I have not premium account from rapidshare and I use it as free users.
At the moment I use Jdownloader for download, but Jdownloader does not work for some links. Can somebody offer me another download manager for free users?
