Monitor Usage of Running Processes with Usage Monitor

15 June 2009 No Comment

Usage Monitor is a free application using which you can Monitor the memory usage of your processes. You can set watch limits on the processes and find out which process is consuming too much memory. The watch limits can also be placed on GDI objects and User Objects. This can be quite helpful in application development as resource limits can be set on modules.

The program has an easy to use interface. It can be minimized to the system tray and it will continue the monitoring in the background. The program can sound a visual and audible alarm when a limit is surpassed. You can also cause the alarm to execute some file when the memory usage exceeds the limit. The interface can display all the processes along with there memory usage or only those processes that you are monitoring. The program can also generate a CSV output for further analysis.

The program can be useful for developers. It is a freeware and runs on Windows.
