uTodo is a Versatile To-Do list Manager

uTodo is a free software that can help you in managing your task lists in a fast and efficient way. It has been especially designed for simplicity and easy of use. You can use it to manage your tasks in different lists and assign tags to them. You can also manage your projects, appointments etc in multiple to do lists.

Each task can be assigned task priorities, due dates and keyword tags. You can also filter and organize your tasks by those keyword tags quickly using the keyboard or mouse. You can also filter Lists, priorities, Dates and done state of the task. It also has some smart keyboard shortcuts using which you an quickly add a task without pressing a mouse click. It can also group your items automatically to so that the lists looks better. You can also convert the tasks from your lists and convert them into sticky notes which can be posted on your desktop or you can also take a print out to stick it on your desk. The sticky notes can also be customized by modifying the colors, fonts and transparency. The application can also be installed on a USB drive so that you can take it with you wherever you go.


It is a freeware and works on Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7.
