If you download subtitles from various sources, you may have noticed that sometimes the subtitles that you download may have some errors or sometimes they are for different frame rate than the video file that you have. Subtitle Modifier is a free program which allows you create and modify existing subtitles. It is not made for advanced users and new users who have never worked with any subtitle before can also use it easily.
