Windows Vista has a feature called Dreamscene which allows you to set any video as your wallpaper . Unfortunately Dreamscene is not available for XP users . Heroes is one of my favourite TV series . With the gaming industry now turning to TV Series for there inspiration , it was not a surprise to me when this was announced .

The game will be developed by Ubisoft who have an aggrement with Universal Pictures that will allow them to make a game based on the series . The game is expected to available for all the major platforms in 2008 . I think the series has all the ingredients for the making of a successful game . The story line is immersive , the characters are awesome . The game will give the users an option to interact with the huge universe of Heroes so definately it is going to appel to both gamers and the fan of the series .

And we can expect Ubisoft to do justice to the series with this game . There previous games such as Marvel Ultimate Alliance was well received with the fans . Now i guess the next in the line is going to be Prison Break . What say guys ?

Rainbow Folders is an easy to use small program thal allows you to change the color of the icon which represents the default Windows Folder . It is also resource free as its size is only 370 Kb .

Apart from coloring your folders , this can perform 2 additional tasks . You can even set an extra warning with the colorized folder which will be displayed when someone tries to delete the folder . You can also setup an “optional text” to be displayed when someone puts the cursor above the folder . Using this you can easily diffrentiate between your diffrent folders by coloring them diffrently .

FAR CRY was one hell of a game which amazed everybody due to its stunning visuals ,tropical environment and an immersive gameplay . Now after 3 years we are finally going to have its sequel , FAR CRY 2 . The game will be released around Spring 2008 and will be available for PC (i hope) , PS3 and XBOX 360 . Not much is known about it at this movement but you can check out this site for teasers . As you can expect , the graphics are definately going to be awesome and much better than FAR CRY . Maybe they will be using the Cry Engine 2 as used in Crysis . (more…)

KlipFolio is the world’s smallest dashboard and sidebar that can be used as an alternative to Windows Sidebar . You can either employ it as a dashboard on your desktop or use it as a sidebar on either side but i feel the dashboard looks more cool . There are around 100 klips that are available for download that you can use for a variety of purpose .

The klips are of different variety including news , sports , weather which keeps you upto date and also CPU usage, google search etc to monitor your computer . It also has a built in RSS support system so you can also keep track of your feed .

The klips can be placed around screen edges , you can even make them auto hide or make them stay visible all the time . The layout is auto adjusting and flows around your desktop so it becomes easy to customize the layout . It also has a built in alert system to notify you of any changes in the desired klip .
