Lockscreen Pro is a free screen locking software which can lock the computer screen to prevent unauthorized access. You can password protect your computer which also prevents unauthorized access but Lockscreen Pro provides some great features and it gives a very beautiful interface also.

On running the program for the first time, you will taken to settings page where you can configure the password which you want to use and you can also set default options. You can select the background image that you want to be displayed and you can also display the battery status, clock along with the lock screen. Screen can be locked by using a hotkey or using the Tray Menu icon. It can even dim the screen after a specified period of inactivity.

It also gives you an option to configure a USB drive which can then be used to unlock the machine. On selecting the option, the program will create a login token in the USB drive. The computer will then automatically unlock when the USB drive is inserted. If you have a webcam configured, it can even take pictures of failed/successful login attempts which can then be reviewed.

All these features makes it a great Lock screen program. It is a freeware and works on Windows XP/7/8.
