After writing about gaming mouse such as Microsoft Sidewinder and Logitech Air mouse , it is time to look at keyboard and headset . Gaming peripherals maker Razer unveiled its Razer Lycosa gaming keyboard and Razer Piranha communications headset during the Grand final of the World Cyber Games 2007. Last week the much anticipated demo of Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 was released . The demo features 7 international teams which include Brazil , France , Argentina , Spain , Portugal and Turkey. The demo lets you try out a single games of 5 minutes. I tried out the demo on my system and i am going to share my experience . The game was run on P4 2.8 Ghz , 1 GB Ram with Geforce 8600 GT . Whenever we hear or think of Madame Tussauds , we think of all the great personalities , movie stars , sports star , that have been immortalized there in the form of Wax Statues . But this time someone special is going to take the place at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas .

For the first time in its 250 year history , Madame Tussauds is going to have a video game character . And the lucky one is none other than Halo’s Master Chief . Master Chief , a epitome of strength and victory will also be making history due to this accomplishment . This clearly shows the popularity of the Halo series in the world , the third installment of which is going to be released on September 25th, 2007 .

The life size figure of Master Chief has been developed at Madame Tussauds studios in London for the Las Vegas attraction . The figure will be around 7.2 inches tall and will weight around 275 lbs. The figure was created by 10 artists in around 892 hours of hard work . Around 1000 pounds of clay have been used in the statue.

“Master Chief is the first computer gaming personality immortalized by Madame Tussauds in our 250 year history — recognizing the ‘celebrity’ of the Halo series that we had to capture”, maintained Adrian Jones, General Manager for Madame Tussauds Las Vegas.

It will be interesting to see whether some more game characters like Lara Croft , Mario , Sam Fisher can find there way in the museum . Which gaming character would you want to see there ? Share your thoughts in comments .

This thing is going to really excite you all. I know that you all love the Need For Speed Series . The NFS Prostreet is going to be released in the Indian market on 1st November 2007. Last year’s NFS Carbon was a bit disappointing , the story was very short and there was no drag racing.

But NFS Prostreet is going to present a really different racing experience. It will give us that complete ability of designing and building a car . The game will feature some cool races - grip, drag , drift and the new speed challenge. The game will feature some cool cars as well as amazing graphics. It is also good to see the Drag race back in the game . With all these cool games releasing during that period , it may be time to burn a hole in your pocket and get your hardware updated. We are finally going to get out hands on Crysis . The game is scheduled to be released on 16th November but the demo is going to be out on 25th September . And on the same date Halo 3 is also going to be released for the XBOX 360 . So this might be a move by EA or Crytek to take the limelight away from its launch .

A lot of cool demos are hitting the internet these days . We have had demos of BioShock , World in Conflict , Medal Of Honor : Airborne and soon we might see the football series making its mark . I am going to have a busy time reviewing them all.
