WhizNote is a free text editor and Note Organizer software for Windows. You can use it to keep a set of related notes in a single file. The notes can then be connected by using Jump links between them. Well connected notes help in reviewing ideas more effectively. The notes can also be printed along with a table of contents.

WhizNote can also work as a text editor and a notepad replacement. It offers some nice advantage over notepad. Although the UI is quite strange and will take some time to get used to. It can remember your recently opened files. It can intelligently learn what file types that you use with it and it will add it to the list. One more nice feature is that it supports Multi Window Editing. One more unique feature is the “Remember the Desktop” feature which remembers all the open files along with there window and cursor positions. You can even use it to create your own HTML templates.

A nice and free Note Organizer and Text Editor. It supports Windows 2000/XP/Vista.
