FotoSketcher is a free program that can be used to convert photos into color pencil or pen sketches or drawing. Users of Photoshop wont find much use of this software, but for those who don’t use Photoshop will find it useful and like its effect.

You just have to load the image, select the style which you want to use and click the button. The styles can be pencil sketch, pen and ink drawing or other painting renderings. The settings can also be customized to suit the needs of people. You can also add a photo frame, text, change contrast, saturation, intensity etc. If you get the settings right, the results will be beautiful.

It is a free software which can produce good result. You will just need to tinker with the settings a bit.
