Sqirlz Water Reflections is a freeware using which you can add Water Effects to your Image and Video files. You can add rippling pools of water to your images or existing video files. The pools can also be animated and they give a nice reflection of the image above them thereby producing a realistic effect.

You can customize the ripple effects by modifying the wave size, perspective, water transparency and flow direction. Apart from the pools of water, you can also add rain and snow flakes effects. The rain and snow flakes can also be customized in many ways by modifying the size, speed, direction, transparency and scene depth effects. You can also customize the pool using a selection tool to define the area. The effects looks very nice and you can save the result as a Flash (swf) file, AVI clip or a bitmap/jpeg image file.

The effects looks very realistic and can be applied easily to add a new touch to your photos. The program is a freeware and works on Windows 98/Me/2000/XP/Vista.
