14 November 2009 One Comment

Photostand is a free application which can automatically change your desktop wallpapers at specified intervals. You can specify the folders which contains your wallpapers or it can also use wallpapers from the huge collection of wallpapers on the program’s Internet Database.

Just add the folders that have your wallpapers or you can specify the keywords based on which it will search its Internet Database and put the wallpapers based on those keywords. The program quietly runs in the background and does its task. You can specify the time interval at which the wallpapers should change. You can also the specify the web to folders ratio that it should use for displaying wallpapers found on the web or the folders that you specify. You can also select the display style of the wallpapers which can be ‘centred’, ‘tiled’, ‘fit the screen’ etc. The pictures can be selected from folders randomly or sequentially as you want.

The program is a freeware and works on Windows XP/Vista/7. It also requires .Net Framework 3.5 to run.
